ABOUT US Sequence Green Energy is an aggregator, advisor, and broker of large commercial, industrial, and municipal clients seeking to reduce electricity related operating cost. Founded in the New York State Capital Region, our mission is to streamline the electricity procurement process, and reduce our clients electricity related operating cost. While environmental awareness is a huge part of our company, we also understand the financial impact that electricity related operating cost has on our client's bottom line, we allocate our knowledge and resources to ensure that our clients receive the most cost effective and environmentally beneficial form of energy.   Leadership     Cory Nelson CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND FOUNDER Cory Nelson serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Sequence Green Energy. He focuses on implementing the business development of electricity procurement agreements for large commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors within the New York State Capital Region Prior to founding Sequence Green Energy, Mr. Nelson served as the large commercial procurement manager at Energy Leverage Partners an electricity supply contract brokerage that secured lower fixed kWh rates for commercial real estate developers and managers. Prior to his work in energy, Mr. Nelson was as an Industrial Chemist, who developed proprietary bronze cleaning and chemical removal technologies. He studied Computer Science and Chemistry at Howard University       Jeffrey Buell CO-FOUNDER   Jeffrey Buell is a well-respected developer in New York's Capital Region. His current projects for Sequence Development total over $100 million. Prior to founding Sequence Development, Mr. Buell was an executive with The United Group of Companies, a national real estate development firm with a diverse portfolio of properties and projects. Among his portfolio, Mr. Buell developed privately owned student housing for United Group in partnership with New York colleges and universities. From 2010 to 2012 alone, Mr. Buell developed $60 million worth and student housing projects in the Capital Region. Jeff previously managed Economic Development for the city of Troy, NY where he worked on public-private partnerships for industrial, commercial, residential and retail development. Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from the College of St. Rose.       Michael Isom CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER   Mr. Isom is the company's Chief Technology Officer. He concentrates on establishing the company's sales and project technologies, application development initiatives, support and marketing documentation. He has developed a number of internal applications to handle energy procurement management tasks, and even a reverse auction application. In a past life, Mr. Isom created a sports nutrition search application, for the fitness vertical. He has both a B.A. in Behavioral Science and Forensics and an M.P.A. in Public Policy and Administration from John Jay College of the City University of New York, and earned both an M.B.A. in Executive Management from the Tobin Business School at St. John's University, from which he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma Honors and an Executive-In-Residence Program designation.     Board of Advisors
